Step 1 – Tell me about your project

To receive a no-obligation quotation, simply send me an overview of your project together. You can also let me know any preferences you may have, such as whether you'd like bass guitar, double bass, or a combination of both. If you're unsure which would best suit your music, I'm always happy to advise. You are welcome to send a click track, guide recording, music notation, chord charts or any other reference material. I work across popular, jazz, contemporary, classical, theatre and commercial music.

Step 2 – Receive your quotation

I'll reply with a written quotation, including the expected turnaround time. Most projects are completed within three days, although this may vary if I have existing performance or recording commitments. When you're happy to proceed, just let me know. This is also the best time to confirm your preferred audio sample rate (44.1 / 48 kHz). I'll then begin creating a bespoke bass part exclusively for your project. As a guide, a custom bass part for a four-minute track costs £95.

Step 3 – Recording

I'll create and record your bespoke bass part before sending you a (watermarked) MP3 for approval. Within the agreed price, I'm happy to provide up to four revisions to ensure you're completely satisfied before the final version is produced.

Step 4 – Your finished recording

Once payment has been received by BACS, I'll supply your finished unwatermarked recording as a high-quality, WAV or AIFF file, ready for mixing and production.

Full flight cases are available for all instruments and amplification, making travel by air straightforward. 

Working across popular, jazz, contemporary, classical, theatre and commercial music has taken me to recording studios, concert halls, arenas, cathedrals, churches, theatres, jazz clubs, radio studios, hotel ballrooms, wineries, breweries, outdoor concerts and festivals across the UK and around the world. I have also had the unique opportunity to perform aboard world-famous ships and aircraft carriers.
